Days of Young

Old color photos

Found album

Smells of mildew

Buried in time

Box.

Forgotten memories

Pierce real time

Clothes are wild

Wearing paisley shirt

Loud enough to cause

Color blindness.

Hair is a fuzzy weight

On such a young head

There are no lines

No age spots

Skin like spun silk

Days of youth

Smiling with that shiny pearl drops

Toothpaste grin.

Can almost smell the Hi Karate

Aftershave

The Irish Spring soap

Days of young

Forever young

Frozen in a fog

Of misty days.
