This is great. I am almost 70 years old and I go to the gym at least once a week. Everyone is very nice to me and the young men call me Boss or Chief.
But let me tell you one thing I wouldn’t weT spandex or take off my shirt for any reason.
I guess I’m strong enough for my age but have nothing to prove at this point.
